Miguel Villareal scored 19 points to lead the Hall Red Devils to a 54-47 win over rival Princeton at Red Devil Gymnasium Friday night in Spring Valley. Garrett Duffin tossed in 23 points for the Tigers.

PHS won the sophomore game 44-41, the Red Demons rimming their final 3-point shot at the buzzer.

Also in the Three Rivers South, St. Bede was a 67-57 winner at Orion.

St. Bede 2A girls regional: Hall and St. Bede were eliminated from postseason play Tuesday at the Academy.

The Lady Bruins fell to Riverdale 52-49 after leading 18-5 after one quarter. Riverdale charged back with a 14-1 second quarter to tie the game at 19 at the half. Raley Mauck led the Lady Bruins (12-19) with 15 points and Hanna Bim and Laura Sickley added 12 each.

In the opener, top-seeded Prophetstown knocked out the Lady Devils 69-38. Becca Herrmann had 11 points for Hall.
