MANLIUS — The annual Ladies Night Out event at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manlius is ready to kick off from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 27.
As in years gone by, the fun-filled evening holds a variety of activities for event-goers, including demonstrations by Chef Monika Sudakov of the Chestnut Street Inn and Klaudia Rees of Cookie Jar Country Bakery; book signings by BCR Editor Terri Simon for her “Grandma’s Cookie Jar” book and Jannifer Powelson for “Rachel Raccoon” and “Sammy Skunk” books; Greg Wallace Ink and Sawdust & Paint; denim rugs; bird baths; candles; jewelry; 40 exhibitor booths — many new to the event as well as returning favorites. There will also be hundreds of Heavenly Cookie Truffles and Friendship Flutes specials.
Guests will also have the chance to win a 46-inch Insignia LED HD TV raffle, door prizes and bid on silent auction items. A Purse Stable will feature vintage, fun and designer-inspired purses.
The popular complimentary chocolate fountain will be flowing and the mashed potato bar with all the toppings will again be offered. Complimentary golf cart rides by Wyaton Hills will chauffeur ladies to and from their vehicles.
Pictured working on the mashed potato bar are Co-Chairperson Cindy Dahl (from left) and committee members Nancy Sanden and Dawn Michlig.
Tickets are $5 which includes a chance to win a door prize and an opportunity to bid on silent auction items. Advance ticket purchase enters you in a drawing for LNO dollars to be used at any exhibitor display the evening of the event.
