Orion charges back on Red Devils

The Orion Chargers rallied for five runs in the bottom of the seventh for an 8-7 TRAC South victory over visiting Hall Saturday.

The Red Devils took a 4-0 lead in the first and led 7-3 heading into the bottom of the seventh before scoring five on reliever Pete Mautino.

Both teams had 10 hits. Hall was led by A.J. Gaeta, the starting pitcher, Taggart Venegas and Zach Urbanski, each with two hits.

Hall 11, Erie/Prophetstown 7: The Panthers scored all seven runs in the third inning to take a 7-5 lead Friday, but the Red Devils scored six more runs the rest of the way to take the win. Miguel Villareal homered for Hall.
