PRINCETON — The Princeton Tigers jumped on the Stillman Valley Cardinals right from the beginning Monday at Prather Field and never looked back.

The Tigers scored three runs in the first en route to a 9-2 victory. J.J. Vaccaro drove in the first runs and Caleb Dickens brought in two more with a liner up the middle.

Vaccaro and Dickens added another hit and RBI apiece to finish 2-3. Isaiah Taylor had a double and triple and Jake Reinhardt added two hits.

Starting and winning pitcher Zach Friel went five innings for the win, combining for a one-hitter with Taylor and Reinhardt, who each pitched one in relief. Friel fanned five.
