Tigers second at Mendota Invite

Princeton placed second in Saturday’s Mendota Invitational Tennis Tournament.

The Tigers’ top finish came at No. 2 doubles where Brady Frank and Ian Nichols placed second.

Thirds went to Elliott Beetz at No. 1 singles and Zach Hicks and Tyson Lorenzen at No. 1 doubles. Lucas Bauer finished fourth at No. 2 singles.

St. Bede’s Joe Kim placed fourth at No. 1 singles.

Mendota won its own tournament


Rockridge 2, Hall 1: Both teams scored in the first inning, but did not score again until the Rockets pushed across the go-ahead run in the top of the 10th.

Ian Trevier led Hall with two hits. A.J. Gaeta took the loss, pitching three innings in relief.
