Spring Valley Police

Traffic stop

Following a traffic stop, Nicole M. Vyas, 21, of Amboy was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with expired registration in the 200 block of West Dakota Street at 8:01 p.m. May 30.

Warrant arrest

Robert H. Claggett, 27, of Spring Valley was picked up at 101 E. Dakota St. at 10:07 p.m. May 31 on a Bureau County Warrant for failure to appear for a driving while license suspended charge.

Public intoxication

Tammy L. Wozniak, 49, of Spring Valley was charged with public intoxication on Terry Street near Cleveland Street at 10:01 a.m. June 1.

Wayne M. King, 67, of Spring Valley was charged with public intoxication in the 200 block of North Taylor Street at 5:56 p.m. May 30.

Possession of cannabis

Darrell J. Kessler, 31, of Ladd was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Saint Paul Street at 1:25 p.m. May 30.


Monique M. Nemeth, 30, of Spring Valley was charged with obstructing a peace officer after officers were called to her residence on a domestic dispute in the 500 block of West Cleveland Street at 5:38 p.m. June 1.
