State track finals

Princeton junior Drew Pranka qualified for the IHSA 2A State Track and Field finals in Charleston in both hurdles events. He ran a time of 15.36 in the 110 high hurdles and a time of 40.31 in the 300 hurdles in the prelims, but did not advance in either event. He was joined by PHS sophomore Lenny Mead in the 300 hurdles, who ran a time of 41.0.
Princeton senior Caleb Strom heads down the home stretch in his last race in Tiger blue in the prelims of the 200 meter in Class 2A.
Hall’s Al Baldonado qualified for the 1600 meters in Class 1A.
Bureau Valley’s Kane Eastwood finishes the 4x400 relay for the Storm in the State finals. BV finished fifth.
Princeton sophomore Kai Tomaszewski turned in a time of 52.09 in the 400 meters in his first taste of state track competition.
