B League Softball

• The Princeton Rockies and Sheffield met on back to days with the Rockies winning 9-8 Wedneday at Sheffield and 14-13 Thursday at Sheffield.

• Tampico defeated LaMoille 14-5.

• There were two games at Westside Park in Princeton Wednesday, where the Princeton Cardinals topped the Princeton Cubs 18-6.

C League Softball

• The Cardinals defeated the Cubs 17-6 in a battle of Princeton teams at Westside Park. Mckenzie Hecht had a single and RBI triple and winning pitcher Brynn Hieronymus (2 innings, 5 strikeouts) had a two-run single for the Cardinals. Left fielder Hannah Mueschegel made a running catch to end the game.

Abby Peterson and Kaia Robbins (2 RBIs) had doubles for the Cubs.

• Sheffield topped the Princeton Pirates 19-13 in Wednesday’s nightcap.

Minor League Baseball

• Sheffield tripped the Princeton White Sox 10-6 Tuesday evening in Sheffield. The White Sox had hits form Keegan Fogarty, Brad McCall, Ethan Thompson, Steven Benevadez, Tom Makransky and Colton Monroe. Sox runs were scored by Wyatt Baker, Walker Menzel, James McCune, Hunter Brown, Fogarty and Monroe,
