PRINCETON — The Bureau County Farm Bureau will hold an informational meeting to discuss energy supply on July 24.
Don Taylor, president and CEO of Corn Belt Energy, will speak about the effect on our energy supply when popular regulatory trends force supply down.
Jackie McKinnis, an energy analyst from Growmark, will give an overview of what caused the propane crisis last fall and winter and look ahead at what to expect in the future for propane and refined fuels.
Adam Nielsen, director of national legislation and policy development with Illinois Farm Bureau, will discuss Farm Bureau’s energy policy language and the changing dynamics in Washington, D.C., with federal regulations. Members will have a chance to share their thoughts about policy.
