Crawfords will note 60th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Crawford of 632 Hidden Lake Drive, Princeton, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Thursday.

Ray Crawford and the former Joyce Tyler were united in marriage July 31, 1954, at the Berkley Hillside Presbyterian Church in Hillside. Their attendants were Ernest Timmerman and Virginia Harger.

The couple are the parents of four children, Janet of Morton, Catherine (Dan) Murray of North Carolina, David of Houston, Texas, and Robert (Rose) of Princeton. They also have six grandchildren, Wesley, Ashley and Samantha Crawford, Jaclyn (Thomas) Trujillo, Bradley (Fran) Crawford and Amanda Crawford, and five great-grandchildren, Addisyn, Ethyn and Brooklyn Crawford, and Kloey and Gabryelle Trujillo.

Ray retired from Nigas in 1984, and Joyce was an office manager for Dresser Manufacturing and a homemaker.

The couple will celebrate with a family dinner at their son’s home.
