Hales will note 60th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hale of 521 Ninth St., Princeton, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.

Richard Hale and the former Inez Freeberg were united in marriage July 30, 1954, at the First Lutheran Church in Princeton by the Rev. Karl Nelson. Their attendants were Irene (Freeberg) Nordstrom, sister of the bride, and Harold Sims, now deceased, formerly of Tiskilwa.

They are the parents of six children, Kathy (Greg) Hermeyer of Dixon, Rex (Teresa) Hale of Chattanooga, Tenn., Teresa (Mike) Anderson of Princeton, Roger (Francine) Hale of Green Bay, Wis., Jeanette Beth Hale (deceased) and Masten Gregory Hale (deceased). They also have 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The couple will celebrate with their family at a later date.
