The Princeton Park District summer campers attended a Clinton Lumberkings baseball game on July 28. There were all kinds of stations set up around the park for the children to have fun, including a dunk tank, coloring station, bounce house and more. At one of the other stations, they had a radar gun that picked up the speed of a pitch. One of the campers, Cale Wallace, and one of the counselors, Abby Jaques, both won their age groups; the prize was a free ticket to a home Clinton Lumberkings game. The kids got autographs and their picture taken with the team’s mascot, Louie the Lumberking. After the game, the campers got to go out on the field and run the bases.
