Cub Scouts hold membership drive

PRINCETON — Cub Scout Pack 4151 will hold its annual School Nights for Scouts membership campaign at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4 in Harkrader Hall at the St. Louis Catholic Church, 616 Goose Blvd., Princeton.

School Night for Scouts is a program designed to inform youth and their parents about the Cub Scouting opportunity in Princeton. The evening will consist of a short program, games for the boys and registration opportunity for both youth and adults. School Night for Scouts is open to any boy going into Grades 1-5 at the start of the 2014-15 school year. A parent or guardian must attend.

The Cub Scouts provide boys in Grades 1-5 with opportunities to meet new friends and develop their scouting skills. There are five ranks of Cub Scouts based on the scout’s grade in school. These ranks include: Tiger, bear, Webelos and Arrow of the Light (Webelos second year.) Pack 4151 serves boys from Princeton, Tiskilwa and Malden.
