Author’s fair coming up at Princeton Public Library

PRINCETON — Princeton Public Library will host its third annual Author Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23.

Tables will be set up throughout the building providing readers with an opportunity to meet the authors and purchase books directly from them.

There are more than 20 authors participating this year, both locally known and from the Chicago and Peoria areas. Authors include Debra Borys, Joyce Burns Zeiss, Earlene Campbell, Kay A. Clark, Rey Clark, Olivia Esther, Joseph Gatch, Vincent Hennings, Bartlett Lee Kassabaum, Laura S. Kearney, Linda Lowery, Kay Mays, Amanda McNeill, Jessica Mueller, Victoria Noe, Jannifer Powelson, Sue Rovens, Danielle E. Shipley, Kim Sigafus, Jean-Michel Smith, Marydale Stewart, Heinz-Dietrich Suppan, Roy Swanberg, Christine Todd and Jodie Toohey.

There will also be author services tables from Total Printing Systems, 918 Studio Press and McIver Publishing answering questions for anyone interested in writing and/or publishing. Two presentations will take place in the Matson meeting room: Linda Lowery will do a reading from her book of short stories at noon and Kim Sigafus will be doing a presentation about “Self-Publishing” and “Out-Of-The-Box Marketing Ideas” at 12:30 p.m.
