STREATOR — Following an investigation into heroin sales in the Streator area, Tri-DENT agents arrested a Streator man on Wednesday, Sept. 20, who delivered 10 “tins” or less than one gram of a substance containing heroin to a person cooperating with Tri-DENT.
David L. Miller (AKA: Fast), 27, was taken into custody in the 100 block of West Elm Street. During the arrest, Miller was in possession of an additional five grams of heroin, seven grams of crack cocaine, less than one gram of powder cocaine and five grams of cannabis.
He was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, a Class 2 felony; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver more than one gram, but less than 15 grams, heroin, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver more than one gram, but less than 15 grams, cocaine, a Class 1 felony.
Miller was taken to LaSalle County Jail.
