SHEFFIELD — Dianna D. Hotchkiss, 83, of Sheffield died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at Kewanee Care Center in Kewanee.
Dianna Cantrell was born Dec. 17, 1934, in Kewanee, the daughter of Dorothea Matson. She married Charles Junior Hotchkiss March 9, 1982, in Dixon. He died Jan. 14, 2009.
She worked for 10 years as a children’s care provider at the former Covenant Children’s Home in Princeton. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed her pets, and loved her children and grandchildren dearly.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Gammons, Amy Hall and Deb Williams; and nine sons, Larry Williams, Gary Williams, Danny Williams, Bob Williams, Ray Williams Jr., Jeff Williams, David Williams, Richard Williams and Kevin Williams. Also surviving are countless grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Barbara Williams Phelps; and two sons, Roger Williams and Jerry Williams.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Stackhouse-Moore Funeral & Cremation Services in Sheffield with the Rev. Ross Wyman officiating. Burial will be in the Sheffield Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
