PRINCETON — Jeremy R. Shadle, 38, of Princeton was sentenced by Associate Circuit Judge C.J. Hollerich to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty on Jan. 9 to the Class 3 felony of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (alprazolam).
He was given credit for 137 days served in the Bureau County Jail and ordered to pay $1,777 within six months of his release from prison.
Shadle provided pills to a confidential source on July 12, 2017, in exchange for money in the 2000 block of Hillview Drive in Princeton. Forensic testing showed the pills to be alprazolam.
