Thomas Neahring

MANLIUS — Thomas C. Neahring, 70, of Manlius died at 4:46 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2018, at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton.

He was born April 14, 1948, in Princeton, the son of Doster and Zelda (Kenny) Neahring.

He graduated from Manlius High School in 1966 and from Omaha Tech in 1967. He was a mechanic for Cornbelt Electric in Princeton.

He was a founding member of Manlius EMT, and a member of the Manlius Fire Department and Manlius Sportsmen’s Club.

Surviving are one son, Michael Neahring of New Bedford; Paula Neahring of Princeton; two grandchildren, Ashlee Tillmen of Texas and Logan Neahring of Texas; and one brother, David (Ronell) Neahring of Chicago.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 18, at the New Bedford Christian Church in New Bedford with Pastor Eldon Cook officiating. Burial will be in the Greenville-Fairfield Union Cemetery in New Bedford.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton.

Memorials may be directed to the Manlius Sportsmen’s Club.
