Key Builders project manager Ben Fisher (foreground) has been happy to see his first major project begin to come together as he’s guided it from conception to construction. The new Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) building in Princeton’s Technology Park will be a 6,500-square-foot facility situated on 2.5 acres. The building will have a brick exterior and feature 16 offices, a reception area, workspaces, conference room, storage room, I.T. room, restrooms, a small kitchen, and an 850-square-foot training classroom capable of holding 32 people. The building has also been designed to allow a future addition. Fisher said he expects the project to be completed by the end of September.
