Haley Guisti, assistant vice president, compliance/loan officer at North Central Bank, Hennepin, holds the 2018 Career Banker of the Year award she received from Career Development division of the Community Bankers of Illinois.

The Career Development Division (CDD), a division of the Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI), named Haley Guisti, assistant vice president, compliance/loan officer at North Central Bank, Hennepin, as its 2018 Career Banker of the Year.

The award was presented at the CDD Fall Meeting held in Springfield. The award is based on participation in CBAI legislative, education, and public relations programs, community involvement in non-banking activities that enhance career and personal life, and an outstanding recognition of completions of educational programs.

Guisti met all the criteria to be eligible for “Career Banker of the Year,” plus her accomplishments went well beyond what is expected of her position and responsibilities at North Central Bank.

She has continued to raise money for Community BancPac and CBAI’s Foundation for Community Banking, along with being active in CBAI’s lobbying efforts by attending the Capital Conference.

Guisti has also been very active within her community and advancing the cause of financial literacy, receiving the CDD Economic Educator award in both 2014 and 2015.

She has been dedicated to the mission of the Career Development Division and has represented the group as a true community banking professional.
