Accidents

Jeffrey C. VanAutreve, 55, of Tiskilwa was backing out of a parking stall in Wendy’s parking lot and struck a concrete pole at 1:06 p.m. Jan. 4.

Timothy R. Smith, 53, of Princeton rear-ended a vehicle driven by Lorry E. Estrada, 60, of Princeton in the 2100 block of North Main Street at 8:20 p.m. Jan. 4.

Retail theft

Steven D. Gali, 38, of Sparland was charged with retail theft from Walmart, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe, criminal damage to property and unlawful possession of methamphetamine at 7:01 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 2100 block of Claude Bailey Parkway.

Rose M. Storm, 55, of Princeton was arrested for theft in the 0 block of West Peru Street at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 31.

Criminal trespass

Rose M. Storm, 55, of Princeton was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 500 block of South Main Street at 10:28 p.m. Jan. 2.

Suspended license

A 17-year-old female from Princeton was charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle in the 1300 block of North Main Street at 6:31 p.m. Jan. 2.

James D. Leck, 42, of Princeton was charged with driving with a suspended license at the intersection of North Main Street and Elm Place at 12:58 p.m. Dec. 28.

No valid driver’s license

Kendrick M. Powell, 28, of Neponset was charged with no valid driver’s license at the intersection of Peru Street and Gosse Boulevard at 1:42 a.m. Dec. 28.

No insurance

Joshua O.K. Walker, 29, of Eureka Springs, Ark., was charged with failure to secure new registration and operating an uninsured vehicle at the intersection of Peru and Fifth streets at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 28.
