Gardening webinars set for April 23, June 11

The spring series of the University of Illinois Extension’s Four Seasons Gardening Program, which focuses on environmental stewardship, home gardening and backyard food production, gets underway in April. The public is invited to participate in this free webinar series.

Remaining topics in the spring series are “Invasive Insects,” set for Tuesday, April 23, at 1:30 p.m., and “Which Grass is Which? Identifying Grasses Made Easy,” set for Tuesday, June 11, at 1:30 p.m.

Programs are offered via a live webinar at the following University of Illinois Extension Offices: Bureau County in Princeton; Marshall-Putnam counties in Henry; and LaSalle County in Ottawa. The webinars may also be viewed from wherever you have internet access by pre-registering at go.illinois.edu/4seasons_webinars. Recorded videos of these sessions can be viewed following the program at go.illinois.edu/fourseasonsrecordings.
