Plaque unveiled at historic hotel building

Matthew Keutzer (from left) Steve Keutzer, Robin Swift, Ryan Keutzer, Michael Stutzke, Sue Stutzke, David Gugerty, Mayor Joel Quiram, Edd Robinson and City Council member Jerry Neumann pose for a photo at the Knox Hotel building on North Main Street. City of Princeton Preservation Commission members, along with Quiram, Neumann, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals member Matthew Keutzer, Chamber Ambassadors, fellow redevelopers and other Historic District building owners and community members gathered recently for a plaque unveiling at the historic Knox Hotel building owned by Michael and Sue Stutzke of Princeton. The bronze plaque was purchased and hung by the Stutzkes with consultation from the Preservation Commission, to highlight the history of this iconic landmark in Princeton’s Historic North End District. Preservation Commission members are also distributing window decals to signify the buildings included in the North End and South End National Register Historic Districts.
