Stacey Ryan

WYANET — Stacey L. Ryan, 48, of Wyanet passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, surrounded by her family.

She was born Aug. 8, 1971, in Princeton, the daughter of William D. and Donna (Taylor) Brown. She married Richard Ryan in Princeton on Aug. 6, 2005. He survives in Wyanet.

Stacey attended Princeton High School in Princeton and Educators of Beauty in LaSalle. She was a secretary at Taylor's Way for eight years.

Stacey enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her grandkids.

Also surviving are one son, Jordan Brown of Princeton; three daughters, Abbigail (Dillon) Mattingly of Manlius, Bryanna (Nick Kunz) Smith of New Bedford and Dominique (Sal Guerrero) Smith of Peru; six grandchildren, Landen and Maci Mattingly, Maya, Brantley and Colton Kunz, and Amelia Guerrero; her mother, Donna Brown of Princeton; one sister, Trisha (Chris) Maynard of New Bedford; her mother-in-law, Mary Ryan of Wyanet; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Bill Brown; her brother, Rob Brown; her sister, Lesley Brown; and her father-in-law, Kenneth Ryan.

A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Grant-Johnson Funeral Home in Princeton with Father Daniel Gifford officiating. Burial will take place at Elm Lawn Memorial Park in Princeton.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the funeral home, where a rosary will be recited prior to the visitation at 4:30 p.m.

Memorials may be directed to the family or the Wyanet Fire Department.
