Eileen Woellert

MORRISON — Eileen M. Woellert, 92, formerly of Tampico, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Morrison.

Born Sept. 2, 1915, in Walnut to John and Caroline (Wise) Bohm, she married Carl W. Woellert July 4, 1945, in Sterling. He died Aug. 1,1986.

She was a school teacher in the Deer Grove and Tampico schools for many years.

Surviving are one niece and four nephews.

She also was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Private graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, in Oakwood Memorial Park, Ottawa, with the Rev. Greg Olson, pastor of The First Lutheran Church of Prophetstown, officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be directed to the Odell Library in Morrison.

The Princeton High School Tigers beat the Rock Falls Rockets Wednesday 66-55 during sectional play at Byron. The Tigers will now play the undefeated Winnebago Indians at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the sectional championship.
