New ... Postponements announced

Among the cancellations in area sports, the Colmone Classic games will be pushed back one day. That means the first game, Fieldcrest-Wethersfield at 5:15 p.m., and Hall-Plano at 6:45 p.m. will start Wednesday, and the championship that was scheduled for Friday will now be Saturday night.

Other local games that were postponed because of the weather Tuesday are all girls’ basketball games that included Ohio at Putnam County, Prophetstown at Bureau Valley, Hall at Princeton, L-P at St. Bede, plus wrestling with St. Bede at Somonauk.
