Painters form group PRINCETON — A group is being formed for anyone with previous painting experience who would like to join other painters for a once per week group painting event. Fishing clinic SPRING VALLEY — A free youth and family fishing clinic will be Saturday at the Masters Walleye Circuit stage on Barto Landing in Spring Valley. The event will be held immediately after the 2 p.m. weigh-in, or about 3:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded. For children fifth grade and younger, parents are required to attend. For the older kids, parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Participants will learn from professional anglers from the National Professional Anglers Association and the Masters Walleye Circuit. Blood drive PRINCETON — The Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center will have a blood drive from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 3 at Perry Memorial Hospital. Teen dance PRINCETON — A youth dance for eighth-graders and under, sponsored by the Princeton Moose Kids Club, will be from 8 to 10 p.m. April 5 at the Princeton Moose Lodge. Admission is $4. Bus trip PRINCETON — The Perry Memorial Hospital 60 Plus Program is planning a trip to Conklin’s Barn II Dinner Theatre in Goodfield on May 25. Participants will enjoy and brunch and the show “The Sunshine Boys,” a legendary comedy. The cost is $62 per person, which includes deluxe motorcoach transportation, brunch buffet and show.
