Kettman Heating and Plumbing Inc. is on the moveBy Lyle Gantherlganther@bcrnews.com
GRANVILLE — After 32 years at the same location in Granville, Kettman Heating and Plumbing Inc. will move to a new, larger location in June. “We are relocating to a new building,” said Kim Kettman. “We are not closing.” The business that has been in Granville at its current location for more than three decades and in existence for 42 years is expanding and needs a larger building. It will now operate out of 107 E. Harrison Court in Granville behind St. Margaret’s clinic in a building where Donaldson Business Forms used to be. “We bought Systems Unlimited, formerly of Spring Valley,” she added. “Bob “Zeke” Demicholos (owner) works for us and is on board for all your restaurant needs.” The business is expanding to supply restaurants with equipment such as walk-in or reach-in coolers and freezers and bar supplies. They will continue to provide residential and commercial HVAC services, which stands for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. “We will have a nice showroom in the new building,” said Kettman. “We will have air conditioners, furnaces, plumbing fixtures and bar equipment like fryers, etc. on display.” “We are going from a building with 5,000 square feet to one with 14,000 square feet,” she said, meaning the entire business will be under one roof in the new building that is being remodeled to meet the needs of Kettman Heating and Plumbing Inc., which employs 20 people.
