Teen dance PRINCETON — A youth dance for eighth-graders and under, sponsored by the Princeton Moose Kids Club, will be from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Princeton Moose Lodge. Admission is $4. Breakfast set PRINCETON — The Bureau County Metro Center will host a special Father’s Day pancake and sausage breakfast from 8:30 to 11 a.m. June 15. Dads are free, all others are $3 each. Musical performance PRINCETON — Local musicians Jared Bartman and Tom Beneke will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. June 11 at the Prairie Arts Center. The concert will feature many original music selections composed by the men including a solo in a two-set format. A suggested donation of $6 is requested at the door. Both performers will have CDs available for purchase. Lunch in the Park PRINCETON — The next Lunch in the Park event will be from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton. The First Baptist Church will serve the meat and have the bake sale. Ice cream social PRINCETON — Colonial Hall Care Center in Princeton will have an ice cream social from 5:30 to 7 p.m. June 25. Entertainment will be provided and the public is invited to attend. Tickets available PRINCETON — Tickets for all grandstand shows at the 153rd Bureau County Fair in Princeton will go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday at the fair secretary’s office. This includes the 33rd annual country show starring Rodney Atkins, performing at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 22. Other grandstand events include the Battle of the Praise Bands at 7 p.m. Aug. 20; Comedian Bob Smiley at 7 p.m. Aug. 21; the truck and tractor pulls at noon and 6 p.m. Aug. 23; and the demolition derby at 5 p.m. Aug. 24. Advance tickets for the Bureau County Fair Queen Pageant, Little Miss Bureau County Fair and Junior Miss pageants, which will take place July 29 starting at 6 p.m. at Bureau Valley High School in Manlius are also available. Sisterhood will meet at 1 p.m. June 16 at the home of Barbara Schiff, 1026 S. Fairway Drive. A special invitation is extended to members who are new to this area. The P.E.O.
