PRINCETON — A 15-hour food service sanitation manager’s course and certification class is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 7, 14 and 21 by the Bureau and Putnam County Health Department.

The course will be held at the Bureau County Health Department conference room at 526 Bureau Valley Parkway. A non-refundable fee of $85 must be paid at the time of registration and will include the book. Registration with payment is required to ensure a place in the class. Seating is limited to 35.
