
Created: Saturday, June 21, 2008 12:00 a.m. CDT Updated: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 2:55 a.m. CDT Beneficial interest exceptionsSPRINGFIELD — Illinois Farm Service Agency state director William Graff announced that on June 5, a Federal Regulation was filed notifying state and county offices to immediately begin administering 2008 crop marketing assistance loans and loan deficiency payments for all commodities except cotton and peanuts. Previously producers were provided with a beneficial interest exception for 2008 crop wool, mohair, and unshorn pelt who lost beneficial interest in the 2008 crop before June 5. The beneficial interest exception will expire July 11, 2008. |
