Seniors, juniors and sophomores will register from 12:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

There will be a $100 registration fee payable at registration. Checks should be made out to Hall High School. Registration information was previously mailed to the students household and must be completed in its entirety.

There will be a $50 driver’s education fee and also an additional fee of $20 to be made payable to the Secretary of State.

There is an athletic user fee of $50 per athlete per sport with a limit of two season fees per student. The most a single athlete would pay is $100. There is also a family limit of $200 regardless of how many seasons or how many children participate.

A fee of $5 will be for a physical education lock. If a student has a lock from a previous school year, a new lock will not need to be purchased. Bring the lock to registration so the number can be recorded.

For any student that may bring a vehicle to school at any time throughout the year, there is a $1 car registration fee. Bring the form with you to registration.

The student must bring a completed health form with the immunization dates completed and signed by a physician. A physical exam with up-to-date required immunizations is required for any student entering ninth grade. A student will not be allowed to register without the ninth-grade physical exam and current immunization records. A sports physical is not acceptable for the incoming freshman physical, but the ninth-grade physical is acceptable for the sports physical.

A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate from the county in which the student was born is required. A hospital birth certificate is not acceptable.

An affidavit of residency must be completed in its entirety. The form is included for freshman students only. New and transfer students must complete the form at registration. The form must be signed in the presence of a notary public.
