Birthday Party: O'Brien

William “Bill” O’Brien of Ohio, Ill., will celebrate his 80th birthday on Wednesday.

Bill, the youngest of eight, was born Aug. 13, 1928, to Francis and Kathryn O’Brien in Ohio. He married Alice Schultz in Ohio where they both still live. They have seven children, Frank (deceased), Dennis (Tina) of Ohio, Penny (Rick) Farringer of Amboy, Scott (Tera) of Normal, Vickie Dzurisin of Manlius, Craig (Andrea) of Flora, Ind., and Brenda (Jeff) Monier of Walnut. They also have 17 grandchildren, Brittany, Zachary and Samantha O’Brien, Eric and Michael Farringer, Andru, Megan and Abbi O’Brien, David, Danielle and Delaney Dzurisin, Allison and Mallory O’Brien, and Thomas, Frank, Joshua and Katherine Monier.
