Ten more entries received in this year's PJWC baby contest

PRINCETON — The Princeton Junior Woman’s Club has announced 10 more entries have been received for the 2008 Bureau County Homestead Festival Baby Contest. They include: Brooklin Miceli, 14 months, the daughter of Holli Spanier and Tom Miceli of Princeton; Jaden Williams, 15 months, the son of Justin and Katie Williams of Princeton; Jakoby Smallwood, 8 weeks, the son of J.D. and Shannon Smallwood of Princeton; Gracie Rae Anderson, 11 months, the daughter of Shauna Manning and Matthew Anderson of Dover; Fiona Raine Wempe, 20 months, the daughter of Craig and Laraina Wempe of Tiskilwa; Carly Wiggim, 7 months, the daughter of Matt and Andrea Wiggim of Princeton; Zackary Wiggim, 7 months, the son of Matt and Andrea Wiggim of Princeton; Alexis Raye Emmett, 12 months, the daughter of Shawn and Ashley Emmett of Princeton; Ella G. Ryan, 9 months, the daughter of John Ryan and Jennifer Sterling of LaMoille; and Isaac Fields, 2 months, the son of Jason and Sarah Fields of Princeton.

Voting will begin Saturday and continue until Sept. 12.

The photos will be displayed in the main lobbies of Amcore, Centrue and Citizens banks. The photos will be in each bank for one week. Each photo will have a canister in which votes can be cast. One dollar equals one hundred votes. The boy and girl with the most votes will be the winners. There will also be a girl runner-up and boy runner-up.

Prizes will be given to the winners, as well as the runners-up. All winners and their parents will also have a spot in the Home-stead Festival parade.
