PRINCETON — Freedom House and the 13th Judicial Circuit Family Violence Prevention Council will sponsor an open house on Wednesday in observance of October being named Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The event will be from 4 to 6 p.m. at Freedom House, which is located at 440 Elm Place, Princeton. Tours of the facility will be conducted by staff and board members. The newly repainted and redecorated crisis and transitional rooms will also be open for public viewing, and refreshments will be served.
