Virginia Wade

KEWANEE — Virginia M. Wade, 78, of Kewanee, formerly of Princeton and Peoria, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at Royal Oaks Care Center in Kewanee.

She was born July 14, 1930, in Flint, Mich., to James and Violet (Cline) Wade.

She worked as a clerk for a Ben Franklin Store.

Surviving are one sister, Jennie Casey of Marquette Heights.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Geneva; and four brothers, James, Earl, Doyle and Donald Wade.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Lutheran Cemetery, Peoria. Burial will follow.

There will be no visitation.
