IVCC Phi Theta Kappa inducts 52 students

OGLESBY — The Rho Omega chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Illinois Valley Community College inducted 52 students at two induction ceremonies held Nov. 4 in the IVCC Cultural Centre.

Bureau County students inducted include Katelyn Liesse and Trisha O’Dell of Dalzell, Miranda Gudeman of Neponset, Katelyn Mansfield of Princeton, Casey Swingle of Spring Valley, Esther Graham and Runtao You of Tiskilwa and Sarah Wittenauer of Van Orin.

Guest speaker for the ceremony was Merri Mattison, professor of sociology and anthropology.
