Situated on two acres is the brick and Hardie plank siding home of Dean and Jo-Ann Benassi at 3251 E. Fifth Road in LaSalle. It boasts nine rooms, four bedrooms, three and a half baths and a three-car garage. Built in 2003, it is home to Dean and Jo-Ann and their son, Ryne, their dog, Savannah and cat, Gunner.

Just up the road from the Benassis is the home of Jim and Candy Brady at 3508 E. Fifth Road. Built in 1998, the two story red brick home has 11 rooms, with three full bathrooms and two half baths. Jim and Candy reside there with their dog, Spike.

Tim and Michelle Phelps’ home at 15 Oak Ridge Drive in LaSalle was built in 1997 and borders the number 12 tee at Oak Ridge Golf Course. It features four bedrooms, 2 and a half baths with a heated attached three car garage. It has a four season sunroom and stamped concrete patio. The finished basement has two bedrooms, a full bath and much room for storage.

Kent and Tracy Jefferson have owned their traditional extended ranch home at 2421 Shooting Park Road in Peru since 2005. Tracy’s love of decorating is evident throughout the eight rooms. The sunroom features walls of windows and overlooks the in ground pool and patio. Situated on 1.2 acres, the home was built in the late 1960’s. The Jefferson’s enjoy decorating outside as well as inside and look forward to welcoming guests to view their efforts.

“Each of our four homes on this year’s house walk are truly unique and beautifully decorated for the holiday season,” stated Paula Endress, Director of Development for St. Bede Academy. “We are grateful to the homeowners for all their work and generosity which benefits the students of St. Bede Academy.”
