OGLESBY — Five area students took part in the 18th annual Festival of Flutes Dec. 13 at Illinois Valley Community College. They were Terri Bergagna, Hayley Cessna, Erica Loveland and Lucy Stanke, all of Spring Valley; and Emily Passini of Dalzell.
