Cruz — Adrian and Silvia (Valdez) Cruz of DePue are the parents of a daughter, Mireya Soledad, born Dec. 31 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. She was welcomed home by one brother, Damian, 3, and one sister, Silvia, 9. Mireya was born on New Year’s Eve, which is also her mother’s birthday.

Monaco — John Monaco and Coreena (Scaggs) Peterson are the parents of a daughter, Addison Grace, born Jan. 1 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. Maternal grandparents are Paul and Kathy McCauley of Princeton. Paternal grandparents are John Monaco and Wilma Schaffer of Denver Colo.

Miller — Adam and Shelly (Allen) Miller of Princeton are the parents of a son, Blake Benjamin, born Jan. 1 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 20 1/2 inches in length. He was welcomed home by two sisters, Haley, 12, and Kayla, 10. Maternal grandparents are Fred and Joyce Allen of Princeton. Paternal grandparents are Ben and Ann Miller of Spring Valley.

Koch — Steven and Kristi (Mathesius) Koch of Troy Grove are the parents of a daughter, Elaina Carol, born Jan. 4 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 20 inches in length. She was welcomed home by one brother, Mason, 2. Maternal grandparents are Mark and Karen Mathesius of Mendota. Paternal grandparents are Gary and Ann Koch of Utica. Great-grandparents are Martin and Marge Ultch of LaMoille, and Kathryn Koch of LaSalle.

Harris — Ian and Erin (Perry) Harris of Manlius are the parents of a daughter, Gracelyn Mari Bethe, born Jan. 3 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches in length. She was welcomed home by one brother, Dayton, 6. Maternal grandparents are Delores Perry and the late Clyde Perry. Paternal grandparents are Tammy Harris and Dale Harris. Great-grandparents are John and Wilma Gaylord.
