Article:	Births Announced Adrian and Silvia (Valdez) Cruz of DePue are the parents of a daughter, Mireya Soledad, born Dec. 31 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. She was welcomed home by one brother, Damian, 3, and one sister, Silvia, 9. Mireya was born on New Year’s Eve, which is also her mother’s birthday.
