CLAIM NOTICE

Notice is given of the death of Marion E. Schultz. Letters of Office were issued on May 13, 2009, to Brice P. Schultz, 24 Carlton Drive, Mackinaw, Illinois 61755 as as Indpendent Executor, whose attorneys are Russell, English, Scoma & Beneke, P.C., Ten Park Avenue West, Princeton, Illinois, 61356.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk, Bureau County Courthouse, Princeton, Illinois 61356, or with the representative, or both, on or before Thursday, November 19, 2009, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk are to be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
