TAKE NOTICE

CERTIFICATE NO. 200500235

TO: Garrett A. Mecagni, First State Bank, and unknown owners or parties interested. A Petition for Tax Deed on premises described below has been filed in the Circuit Court of BUREAU County, Illinois, as case 06-TX-1(14).

The real estate is described as: 
116 ROMINES CIRCLE DALZELL-BLAKELYS ESTATES SD L 20 B 889 P 336 D 97-3536 S25 T16 R11  0.570 AC Parcel #: 18-25-200-046

Said property was sold on OCTOBER 30, 2006 for the General Taxes for the year 2005.  The period of       redemption will expire on SEPTEMBER 29, 2009. On OCTOBER 14, 2009, the petitioner will make application  to such court in said County for an order for Tax Deed should the real estate not be redeemed.
