Heritage Tractor Adventure to rull through OttawaOTTAWA — Grab your lawn chairs! Relax and watch as the Heritage Tractor Adventure passes through town. On June 8, more than 200 vintage tractors will drive through downtown Ottawa at about 1:45 p.m. on their way to Buffalo Rock State Park where they will stop for a break. The tractors will travel down Main Street from Canal Road and continue to Ottawa Avenue and then Boyce Memorial Drive on their journey to Buffalo Rock State Park. Led by Max Armstrong, WGN Radio 720 AM reporter and a tractor aficionado himself, the parade of tractors will stop at the park for an afternoon break. The tractors will return to Ottawa on Tuesday where they will dine at Pitstick’s Pavillion. The public is encouraged to come out and view the tractors and to join the tractor drivers at their meal stops which includes Marseilles, Utica and Mendota in LaSalle County.
