WHA designs 
stimulus project

DIXON — The first of Illinois’ statewide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act stimulus funds for environmental infrastructure projects went to four northern Illinois communities: Pecatonica, Dixon, LaMoille and Rockford. The engineers of local engineering firm Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. designed the water treatment projects and prepared the loan documentation for the Dixon and LaMoille projects. During construction, WHA will also perform construction observation and project administration for the same two projects.
