PRINCETON — Jennifer Reinbeck of Buda, a new insurance agent for Farmers Insurance Group, recently opened her office in Princeton at 105 S. Main St., Suite 1.

“This is a perfect location for me being on Main Street,” she said. “I have been here two months (April 1). The people of Princeton have been friendly to me. I see Princeton as an up-and-coming town ... I want to be involved in the community.”

“I am a consumer, too, and I want to save people money and help them with their insurance needs,” she said. “We have auto, life, home, business and renters’ insurance. Unlike some insurance companies, we will insure vacant homes. We will insure land and have commercial, life and health insurance. We offer discounts to police, firemen, doctors and lawyers. We also insure ATVs, boats and motor homes.”

Reinbeck has five years of experience in the insurance business working for an Allstate agent in Kewanee.

“I eventually decided to check different insurance companies and felt that Farmers was the perfect choice for me,” she added.

Reinbeck previously worked for 15 years in retail management, but she tired of driving to either the Quad Cities or Peoria area on a continual basis. That is when she entered the insurance business, which eventually led to opening her own office as an agent in Princeton.

Reinbeck is planning an open house July 15 at her office after a Chamber ribbon cutting at noon. Refreshments will be served.

Reinbeck moved to Buda three years ago from Kewanee after getting married to Pat Reinbeck, who runs a trucking firm. She is considering a move to Princeton.

Reinbeck can be reached at (815) 915-8218.
