Siblings Ethan (from left), Jed and Bentley Delhotal of Spring Valley enjoy goofing off Friday night before the Spring Valley Municipal Band concert, held in the parking lot of the library and City Hall. Threatening skies did not deliver any rain, and the band played on as scheduled.
