Article:	Illinois USDA appointments WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sen. Roland Burris has announced the appointments of two Illinois agricultural professionals to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The appointments include that of Scherrie Giamanco, who will serve as Illinois State Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency at the USDA; and Colleen Callahan, who will serve as Illinois State Director for Rural Development at the USDA.
