Jared Bartman of Princeton, a senior at Bradley University, plays to a standing room only crowd Thursday night at the Princeton Public Library’s “Bookstock,” six days of music and memories acknowledging the 40-year anniversary of Woodstock. Bartman opened the show for the Roe Family Singers. Also featured during the evening event was a collection of original 1960s posters by lithographer Gil Hernandez, which remain on display at the library. Today, Saturday, the library plays host to the Sons of the Never Wrong at 3 p.m., a Chicago trio that incorporates songs, stories and dances into their popular routine. |
