DePue man opens computer service

DEPUE — A DePue man has opened a new business called Illinois Valley Computer Service.

Eddie Sardon, who graduated in May 2003 from Sanford-Brown Career College in St. Louis with an associate degree in informational systems, is currently attending American InterContinental University to pursue an online bachelor’s degree in Internet security and computer forensics.

Sardon said his business specializes in mobile computer repair and service to residential and business customers.

“We are experts in designing and maintaining computers, networks and Web design for small businesses and home users,” he said. “We make computing simple by working personally with each customer, and we guarantee results.”

Sardon is committed to making computing simple with a belief in personal, local and guaranteed service.

His computer services includes problem solving, network installations, maintenance and repair either in the office or at the customer’s location. He has experience with computer programs like MS Office XP (2007) and is proficient in Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Server.

He also formerly lived in Springfield and Chicago where he was a technician and salesman in 2003 and started his own business in 2004 called ProTech Computer Services. When he moved to the Illinois Valley area, he changed the business’ name to Illinois Valley Computer Services.

Sardon has lived in DePue for several months after moving from Peru to 1118 Marquette St. He moved to the village after becoming engaged to a DePue woman.
